As result, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical plan options and a
full range of insurance options, including business travel accident, short- and long-term
disability and life insurance.
We recognize the importance of supporting efforts to plan and save for retirement and offer
a 401(k) plan, including employer matching, as well as access to retirement health care.
To remain competitive on pay in the market, e-Data reviews compensation benchmarks
annually and adjusts our metrics accordingly. Additionally, we conduct performance and
salary reviews on a semi-annual basis, giving employees opportunities for a promotion or
salary adjustment.
Medical Plans
e-Data provides extensive health care benefits, including medical, dental coverage for
employees and their family's health care needs. Coverage begins on the date of hire or
full-time employment. Excellent coverage is available for a moderate employee contribution
through our Comprehensive Plan. e-Data uses a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
plan and benefits are paid at a higher level if an "in-network" provider is used. An
"Opt-Out Cash Back" option is available for benefit eligible employees who can provide
proof of other health care coverage through various employers or group plans.
Employee Referral
The employee referral program encourages Associates to refer friends and relatives for
employment at e-Data.
401(k)
After completion of one year of employment, employees may contribute up to 20 percent
of their compensation on a pretax basis to the e-Data 401(k) plan. The maximum annual contribution,
established by the Internal Revenue Service, is currently $12,000 per year. The company does not
provide a matching contribution.
Travel Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP)
TRIP allows employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to special accounts. This tax advantaged
program allows employees to save money on the cost of qualified transportation expenses
(transit/vanpool and parking) to and from work.
